Windows 8 applications

We've taken advantage of Windows 8’s multi touch capabilities and designed a range of educational apps that allow up to four students to play at once! Our nsquared edu applications teach players core skills such as pattern matching, object recognition, literacy and mathematical concepts. Not only do students have fun while they are playing together, but they are learning simultaneously on the same device! All of these FREE applications are available right now and can be installed on any Windows 8 based machine.

nsquared chemistry

nsquared chemistry provides the opportunity to build elements and molecules in a virtual lab. The user interface allows students to work independently or collaboratively to solve the preprogrammed exercises. Students create the elements by specifying its proton count and valence, and then place it in the correct place on the compound diagram.

This structured educational game will help students learn object recognition and differentiation, and improve their recall and spelling. Players win points for spelling the words correctly.

nsquared coinswap challenges players to use their knowledge of coin values and their mathematical skills to collect the greatest amount of money possible each game. Right now it includes activities with American, Australian, British, Canadian, European and Japanese coins, with more to come!

A multi-user game that teaches object recognition and basic counting. The game offers both competitive and collaborative opportunities. Players win points for collecting the correct number of required objects.
